You were right.

You were right about -- everything! I finally said those words, and they just rolled right off of her! She doesn't care! The only thing we could actually do to make a difference to her is turn the people against her, and that would make us just as bad!

... I don't want to leave. Not Megam, not yet. There's still stuff we can do. But here? In the awful city?! There's nothing! Everything gets worse and worse, and us? What are we doing to help?

I think Megam -- it was never my home. Never! Have you seen how pale I am? They always said they thought I was Koriner, or maybe even Kilian. I'm no Megami. I was never Megami. I grew up here, I became Megami, but the more I realize just how rotten this country is the more I realize that I don't want to be here!

After we find that password, Raetha. I want to leave. I want to go somewhere where we're not Heralds and we can -- be together. I don't care if it's weird when I say it -- I love you! I have for a long, long time! I want to go away from this place and find somewhere where we can be happy.
